TOURIST OBLIGATIONS
The act of booking is a commitment.
The client is required to pay for the entire booked period at the agreed-upon price and must leave the occupied room in good condition by the specified departure time.
BOOKING METHODS
Bookings can be made via phone, email, or WhatsApp.
PAYMENT METHODS
- Cash
- Bank Transfer: To settle the balance for the booked stay using the bank details that will be provided. We kindly ask that you send us the transfer receipt by 12:00 PM the day following the booking request, which will confirm your reservation.
- Credit Card: By providing your credit card details. Hotel Vietri Coast reserves the right to verify the card’s validity by requesting a charge for the amount. Please ensure the card number and expiration date are entered correctly. If these details are invalid, the booking will be automatically canceled without notice. The provided information confirms your acknowledgment of the booking terms.
CANCELLATION POLICY
The cancellation policy applies to all official and discounted rate plans.
- From the time of booking until 14 days before arrival, 33% of the total stay is due.
- From 14 to 4 days before arrival, 75% of the total stay is due.
- From 3 to 1 days before arrival, the entire stay is due.
EXCEPTIONS
Refunds according to the cancellation policy do not apply to bookings made during special holiday periods (Easter, August, etc.).
TO CANCEL A BOOKING AND REQUEST A REFUND
To cancel or modify a booking, you must send a written notice (using the same method as the booking). The Hotel will process the refund of the remaining amount according to the accepted cancellation terms mentioned above.
For bookings that are canceled, modified, or that result in lost revenue for the hotel, the Hotel will issue a credit voucher worth 50% of the booking value, which can be used for a new reservation (equal to or greater in value) within 2 months, subject to availability.
