The website located at the URL www.hotelvietricoast.it (hereinafter referred to as the “Site”) is the exclusive property of Hotel Vietri Coast srl. Accessing and browsing the Site for personal use by the user are free and imply automatic acceptance of the terms and conditions set out below. A user of the Site is considered any individual who has accessed, in any way, voluntarily or involuntarily, the homepage of the Site (hereinafter referred to as “User(s)”).
1. Purpose and Content of the Site
1.1. All content on the Site, particularly texts, articles, images, photographs, clips, movies, videos, drawings, graphics, logos, symbols, trademarks, and company names (hereinafter referred to as “Content(s)”) aim to provide general information about Hotel Vietri Coast’s work and activities.

4. Email and Contact Form
4.1. The Site offers the User the ability to send emails to Hotel Vietri Coast srl and its staff. The sending of these emails is at the User’s risk, and Hotel Vietri Coast srl is not liable for any loss, theft, or falsification of data transmitted by the User to Hotel Vietri Coast srl.
