The conditions applied by the Hotel Vietri Coast srl structure differ in FLEXIBLE and NON REFUNDABLE.
The FLEXIBLE rate includes the cost of the chosen type at the official rate and requires that the customer commits the room by paying only 33% of the amount of the stay using the payment methods most suited to their needs (Bank transfer, credit card, PayPal). The remaining amount will be guaranteed by sending a copy of the credit card which will be retained as a guarantee and used only in the event of a no-show. The balance of the reservation will be paid upon arrival at the structure.
The NON REFUNDABLE rate is a significantly discounted rate and requires that the customer pays the entire amount at the time of booking by sending us a copy of the accounting of the financial arrangement.
PS. For reservations for which the total payment for the stay has been made and has been cancelled with justified cause, the company will issue a discount voucher equal to 50% paid, which can be used within two (2) months for a new reservation equal to or greater than the original one. For those who are unable to rebook, the company will refund the excess amount calculated according to the cancellation policy by crediting the amount back.

To cancel or modify a reservation, you must send written communication (using the same means used for the reservation).

Bank Transfer to the coordinates that will be transmitted, inviting you to send us a copy of the account by 12:00 following the reservation request, which will confirm the request.
Credit Card

From the booking of the room to 7 days before arrival, 33% is due calculated on the entire stay;
From 7 days to 4 days before arrival, 75% is due calculated on the entire stay;
From 3 to 1 days before arrival, the entire stay is due;
